If not, Customer Care will present the same alternatives. You guarantee that you realize that, because of the nature of the business, availability may vary even after an order has been placed if you visit Mira or buy anything from them. Customer Care will provide substitutes or give you the choice to completely cancel your order if the product is no longer available.

While every attempt is made to ensure the accuracy of the prices published on Mira, they are not guaranteed to be accurate. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Before shipping the purchase, we will let you know if the pricing is different in any way from what is shown, and you can choose whether to proceed with the transaction or not. We retain the right to change or stop providing any Service (or any component or content thereof) at any time and without prior notice. Any time the Service is modified, its pricing is changed, it is suspended, or it is discontinued, we are not responsible to any customers or any third parties.

STYLES
Products are available exclusively online through Mira or at our showrooms all over Bangladesh. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return and Replacement Policy.

Mira has done all within its power to accurately represent the product in both its original color and model. However, variations in the product’s color or size may occur as a result of your device’s display settings, technical problems, and display discrepancies. As a result, Mira cannot promise that the actual product will be exactly like the display image. Your only option, if a Mira product is not what you ordered, is to return it unused and follow our Return and Replacement Policy’s requirements.

We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer at any time. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Sizing
The fit of our Products depends on the cut, materials, and style of each garment. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Any order you place with us may be rejected by us at our discretion. We reserve the right to restrict or revoke the quantities purchased per person or per order. These limitations may apply to orders made using the same credit card, the same billing address, the same shipping address, or orders made by or under the same customer account. We may try to contact you via the phone number or email you supplied at the time the order was placed if we need to amend or cancel an order. Orders that appear to have been placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, in our sole discretion, may be restricted or prohibited.

As a user of our website or a customer, you consent to update your account information to keep it current, comprehensive, and correct. For us to execute your transactions and get in touch with you as necessary, you also consent to immediately update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates.
Each user account must be created using the same unique registered email address and cell phone number of the user. The same information cannot be used to create multiple accounts. In this situation, the user is not permitted to take advantage of any promotions, special offers, discount coupons, or gift coupons during campaigns or other sporadic sales more than once.

DISCOUNTS & ALLOWANCES
The base price of goods or services is decreased through discounts, incentives, promotional campaigns, and allowances (such as coupon codes, promo codes, gift card codes, adjustment codes, app discounts, sporadic offers, sign-up offers, etc.). After using a successful order from Mira, the amount of the discount coupon or gift card will not be returned on returns or exchanges. The policy prohibits users from using the discounts or offers more than once if they have numerous accounts under the same cell phone number or email address. The terms and conditions are stated on the website; however, promotional SMS may simply include the offer’s core material. Without prior notice, Mira reserves the right to alter any discounts or promotional allowances. The customer is entitled to comply accordingly. Customers cannot avail themselves of multiple discount offers in a single order.

LICENSE TO ACCESS THE SITE
By using the Site, you must be at least 13 years old or be under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian to confirm that you are able to enter into legally binding agreements. ORDER CANCELLATION
Customers may get genuine, high-quality products from Mira. As a result, after receiving the orders, Mira always performs Quality Control checks. Mira has the right to cancel any order placed by a client if our Quality Control inspections reveal any issues with the ordered product’s quality. We want to provide our customers with the greatest online shopping experience possible.

The right to cancel any order is also reserved by Mira in the event that the ordered item is unavailable or out-of-stock owing to unavoidable inventory management issues, website administration issues, vendor stock update issues, or any other unforeseen reason.

All prices are given on the site in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), inclusive of all taxes and VAT. The most recent price listed on an item’s product detail page will always be reflected for that item in your shopping cart. Please be aware that this price can be different from the one displayed when you first added the item to your cart. The price displayed at the time is not reserved when you add an item to your cart. Additionally, a product’s price could go down between the time you add it to your cart and when you buy it.

এই ওয়েবসাইটের সকল শর্তাবলী ও নির্দেশনাবলী "গ্রহণ করতে সম্মত আছি"- এই মর্মে ব্যবহারকারিরা নিশ্চিত করছেন যে তিনি তার দেশ, প্রদেশ, জেলা বা ঐ নির্দিষ্ট স্থানের জন্য আরোপিত বয়ঃপ্রাপ্তির সীমার অধীনে আছেন এবং একই সাথে ওই নির্দিষ্ট স্থানের অনুর্ধ বয়ঃসীমা সম্পর্কেও আমাদের অবগত করছেন। ব্যবহারকারি কোন পরিস্থিতিতে এই ওয়েবসাইটের কোন সেবা বা প্রোডাক্ট তার দেশ, প্রদেশ, জেলা বা ঐ নির্দিষ্ট স্থানের কোন ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠানের বিরুদ্ধে ব্যবহার করবেন না এবং কোন ক্রমেই স্থানীয় বা দেশের কোন আইন ভঙ্গ করবেন না (কপিরাইট আইন এটির আওতাধীন কিন্তু এটিই একমাত্র নয়)। ব্যবহারকারিদের এই মর্মে সতর্ক করা হচ্ছে তারা কোন কম্পিউটার ভাইরাস বা এ সংশ্লিষ্ট যেকোন ধরণের ক্ষতিকর কিছু করা থেকে বিরত থাকবেন অন্যথায় তা ওয়েবসাইটের "শর্তাবলী ও নির্দেশনাবলী" ভঙ্গ করা হয়েছে হিসেবে পরিগণিত হবে। সেক্ষেত্রে "আমরা" শর্ত ভঙ্গের কারণে ব্যবহারকারিকে যেকোন সময় যেকোন সেবা বা প্রোডাক্ট দেয়া থেকে থেকে বিরত থাকার অধিকার সংরক্ষিত আছে। এই ওয়েবসাইটের সকল শর্তাবলী ও নির্দেশনাবলী "গ্রহণ করতে সম্মত আছি"- এই মর্মে ব্যবহারকারিরা নিশ্চিত করছেন যে- এইখানে দেয়া সকল তথ্য ( ক্রেডিট কার্ড তথ্য ব্যতীত), এনক্রিপ্ট ছাড়া অন্য 

ক) ডেটা ট্রান্সফার নেটওয়ার্কে 
খ) টেকনিকেল ডিভিশন রিলেটেড নেটওয়ার্ক অথবা ডিভাইসকে শেয়ার করার ক্ষমতা রাখি। 

ব্যবহারকারিরা কোন ক্রমেই পূর্ব অনুমতি ব্যতীত এই ওয়েবসাইটের কোন সেবা বা প্রোডাক্ট কপি করা, বিক্রি করা, আংশিক বা পূর্ণাঙ্গরূপে কোন প্রোডাক্ট বা সেবাকে পরিমার্জন বা পরিবর্ধন করে তৃতীয় কোন ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠানে সরবরাহ বা কোন ধরণের লেনদেনে নিষেধাজ্ঞা আরোপ করা হয়েছে।

পর্যাপ্ততা এবং দর নির্ধারণ
মিরা ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশিত সকল প্রোডাক্টের মূল্য পর্যাপ্ততাকে মূলধন হিসেবে গণ্য করে নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে ।  যেকোন গ্রাহকের কোন অর্ডার বা সেবা যদি ওই মুহুর্তে পর্যাপ্ত না থাকে তবে তা ওয়েবসাইট থেকে গ্রাহককে দ্রুতুতম সময়ের মধ্যে জানিয়ে দেয়া হবে (ইমেইল, মেসেজ বা অন্য কোন যোগাযোগ মাধ্যম যা ব্যবহারকারি ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদান করেছেন)। একই সাথে কাস্টমার কেয়ার সার্ভিস সেই দায়িত্ব গ্রহণ করে বিষয়টি গ্রাহককে অবগত করবেন। এটা অনস্বীকার্য যে ব্যবসায়ের ক্ষেত্রে অর্ডার কনফার্মের পরও যেকোন সময় যেকোন কারণে প্রোডাক্ট স্বল্পতা দেখা দিতে পারে সেক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহককে কাস্টমার কেয়ারের মাধ্যমে বিকল্প কিছু সাজেশন দেয়া, সময় নেয়া অথবা পুরোপুরি অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল করার বিষয়টি উন্মুক্ত থাকবে যদি একেবারেই ওই প্রোডাক্টের সরবরাহ  বন্ধ থাকে। মূল্য নির্ধারণের ক্ষেত্রে মিরা সবসময় আপডেট দরটি ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশ করবে বলে নিশ্চিত করেছে, তারপরও যেকোন সময় যেকোন জিনিসের মূল্যের হ্রাস-বৃদ্ধি হতে পারে।  সেক্ষেত্রে কোন ধরণের পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়া যেকোন সময় যেকোন প্রোডাক্টের মূল্যের হ্রাস- বৃদ্ধি র করার অধিকার মিরা সংরক্ষণ করছে। যেকোন ধরণের প্রোডাক্ট শিপিং এর পূর্বে তার সর্বশেষ মূল্য ও আনুসাঙ্গিক চার্জ এর বিষয়টি মিরা গ্রাহককে অবগত করবে যেন আর্থিক লেনদেনের বিষয়টি স্বচ্ছ ও কার্যকর হয়। কোন ধরনের পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়া মিরা যেকোন ধরণের প্রোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন অথবা সেবা বন্ধ ( কোন একটা উপাদান বা কন্টেন্ট) করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। "আমরা"  ওয়েবসাইটের কোন ধরণের পরিবর্তন, পরিবর্ধন, মূল্য পুন;নির্ধারণ, বাতিল বা এ সংশ্লিষ্ট যেকোন ধরণের সিদ্ধান্তের জন্য কোন গ্রাহক বা কোন ধরণের তৃতীয় পক্ষের কাছে “জবাবদিহি করতে বাধ্য নই”- এ মর্মে অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করা হয়েছে।

স্টাইল
মিরা'র সকল প্রোডাক্ট অনলাইনে এবং সকল নির্ধারিত শোরুমে বাংলাদেশের সর্বত্র ডেলিভারির জন্য প্রস্তুত আছে। আমাদের প্রোডাক্টগুলো খুবই সীমিত। প্রোডাক্ট ফেরত বা যেকোন অদল-বদলের বিষয়টি আমাদের রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড পলিসির মাধ্যমে পরিচালিত হয়।

মিরা অনলাইনে সকল প্রোডাক্টের আসল রঙ এবং স্থানীয় মডেল দ্বারা উপস্থাপন করার সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করে। কিন্তু গ্রাহকের কাছে যেকোন ধরণের রঙের অথবা সাইজের তারতম্য ডিভাইস, কারিগরি সীমাবদ্ধতার কারণে ভিন্নভাবে উপস্থাপিত হতে পারে। এ সকল  কারিগরি সীমাবদ্ধতার কারণে মিরা কখনোই এই বিষয়টিকে শতভাগ নিশ্চিত করতে পারে না যে, যা ওয়েবসাইটে গ্রাহক দেখছেন (কারণ ডিভাইসের ভিন্নতার কারণে গ্রাহকের কাছে তা ভিন্নভাবে উপস্থাপিত হতে পারে), সেটাই গ্রাহক পাবেন। সেক্ষেত্রে একমাত্র উপায় হচ্ছে প্রোডাক্টটি অব্যবহৃত অবস্থায় রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড পলিসি অনুসরণ সে অনুযায়ি পদক্ষেপ নেয়া। 

"আমরা" যেকোন সময় যেকোন বিক্রয়সেবা যেকোন ব্যক্তি, প্রতিষ্ঠান বা এলাকায় সীমাবদ্ধ করা এবং এই বিষয়টি বিভিন্ন ক্ষেত্রবিশেষে অনুসরণ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।  কোন ধরণের পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়া যেকোন সময় যেকোন প্রোডাক্টের বর্ননা , মূল্য বা এ সংশ্লিষ্ট যেকোন তথ্য পরিবর্তন বা পরিমাজর্নের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করা হয়েছে। যেকোন প্রোডাক্ট  পুণরায় মজুদ  না করার ও ক্ষমতা সংরক্ষণ করা হয়েছে। 

সাইজ
যেকোন প্রোডাক্টের  আদশ মাপে নেয়ার এর ক্ষেত্রে সাইজ, স্টাইল, ডিজাইন, কাট প্রোডাক্টের ভিন্নতার কারণে ভিন্ন হতে পারে। সেক্ষেত্রে প্রোডাক্ট ভেদে " আমাদের" সাইজ চার্ট রিভিউ করে নেয়ার জন্য গ্রাহককে বিশেষভাবে অনুরোধ করা হয়েছে। এক্ষেত্রে “ আমাদের” কাস্টমার কেয়ারের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে সেবা নিয়ে যেকোন ধরণের তথ্য অনুসন্ধান করে নেয়ার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হয়েছে।

ব্যবহারকারি বা ক্রেতার তথ্য ও মূল্য পরিশোধ সংক্রান্ত
"আমরা" আমাদের স্বীয় ক্ষমতা বলে যেকোন অর্ডার কনফার্ম করা থেকে বিরত থাকতে পারি। মাথাপিছু যেকোন অর্ডারের সংখ্যা অথবা পরিমাণ নির্ধারণ করার ক্ষমতা "আমরা" সংরক্ষণ করি।  এই ক্ষমতা "আমরা" যেকোন " ক্রেডিট কার্ড", " গ্রাহকের ঠিকানা"  বা সংশ্লিষ্ট কোন ঠিকানা, কোন ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠানের বিপরীতে করার সক্ষমতা রাখি। কোন অর্ডার পরিমার্জন বা বাতিলের ক্ষেত্রে আমরা ফোন নম্বর অথবা ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে গ্রাহকের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে পারি। যেকোন ক্রেতা, গ্রাহক, পরিবেশক, ব্যবসায়ি, বিতরণ ও বন্টনকারী হতে প্রাপ্ত যেকোন অর্ডার আমরা স্বীয় ক্ষমতা বলে কনফার্ম করা থেকে বিরত থাকতে পারি।

ওয়েবসাইটে  ব্যবহারকারী  বা গ্রাহকরা এই মর্মে "আমাদের" আশ্বস্ত করবেন যে “আপনি” বা “আপনাদের রিপ্রেজেন্টেটিভ” যেন অবশ্যই  “আপনার” “ আপনাদের” নাম , ঠিকানা, ফোন নম্বর, ক্রেডিট কার্ড নাম্বার মেয়াদত্তোরণের তারিখসহ সংশ্লিষ্ট সকল সাম্প্রাতিককালীন তথ্যাদি যা যোগাযোগের জন্য এবং আর্থিক লেনেদেনের আবশ্যিক তা আমাদের সরবরাহ করবেন।

একটি ইউজার আইডি এবং ইমেইল এড্রেস শুধুমাত্র একজন ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠানকেই প্রতিনিধিত্ব করবে। কোন অবস্থাতেই একই ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠান একের অধিক ইউজার আইডি বা ইমেইল এড্রেস ব্যবহার করে কোন ধরণের অফার, কুপন , লটারি , গিফট বা সেল সংক্রান্ত কোন বিষয়ে আবেদন করতে পারবেন না। 

কমিশন, প্রণোদনা, প্রচারমূলক অভিযান
কোন দ্রব্য বা সেবা' র মূল্য হ্রাস মূলত ভাতা, প্রণোদনা, প্রচারমূলক অভিযান এবং কমিশন (কুপন কোড, প্রচারণামূলক কোড, উপহার কার্ড অথবা কোড, অ্যাপ ডাউনলোডভিত্তিক অফারসহ নানাভাবে প্রদান করা হবে। কোন প্রোডাক্ট এর অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার পর এসকল গিফট কার্ড বা মূল্যহ্রাসজনিত যেকোন অফার কোন অবস্থাতেই ফেরতযোগ্য ও অদল বদলের আওতাধীন নয়। "আমাদের পলিসি"  একই মোবাইল নাম্বার ও একই ইমেইলের অধীনে ক্রেতা সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলকে একই কুপন বা গিফট কার্ড অথবা মূল্যহ্রাসজনিত যেকোন অফার একাধিকবার ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে কঠোরভাবে নিরুৎসাহিত করা হয়েছে। এটি  প্রতিষ্ঠানের শর্তাবলী ও নীতিমালা'র আওতাধীন। যদিও  প্রচারণামূলক মুঠোফোন বার্তার মাধ্যমে মূলত বেসিক কিছু তথ্য শেয়ার করা হুবে। যেকোন ধরণের পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়া "মিরা" যেকোন ধরণের বিক্রয়মূলক প্রস্তাব অথবা প্রোডাক্টের প্রচারমূলক অভিযান স্থগিত করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। এ ধরণের যেকোন সিদ্ধান্ত ক্রেতা বা গ্রাহক মেনে নিতে বাধ্য থাকবেন।  একটি একক ক্রয় বা সেবায় ক্রেতারা কোন ক্রমেই একাধিক ক্রয়জনিত সুযোগ বা কমিশন গ্রহণে  অসমর্থ হবেন।

ওয়েবসাইটে ব্যবহারবিধি
এই ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারকারিকে অবশ্যই সর্বনিম্ন ১৩ বছর বা তদুর্ধ্ব হতে হবে, অন্যথায় কোন পিতা-মাতা বা আইননত অভিভাবকের তত্ত্বাবধানে এই ওয়েবসাইটের নির্দেশনাবলী ও শর্তসমূহে সম্মতি প্রদান করে রেজিস্ট্রেশন সম্পন্ন করতে হবে। এই ওয়েবসাইটের সকল নির্দেশনাবলী ও শর্তসমূহে সম্মতি প্রদান করার পর " আমরা" ব্যবহারকারিকে একটি ইউনিক প্রবেশাধিকারের অনুমতি প্রদান করা হবে যার মাধ্যমে “আপনি” “আপনার” কেনাকাটা এই ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে করতে পারবেন। কোন ব্যক্তি যিনি আমাদের দ্বারা অনুমতিপ্রাপ্ত নন, ব্যবসায়িক উদ্দেশ্যে বা তৃতীয় কোন ব্যক্তি বা গোষ্ঠীর হয়ে এই ওয়েবসাইটে প্রবেশ করতে চাইবেন তাকে কঠোরভাবে দমন করা হবে।  কোন ব্যক্তি যদি কোন প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রতিনিধি হয়ে এই ওয়েবসাইটে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করেন, তিনি সার্বিকভাবে এই নিশ্চয়তা প্রদান করবেন যে তিনি এবং তার প্রতিষ্ঠান এই ওয়েবসাইটের সকল নির্দেশনাবলী ও শর্তসমূহে সম্মতি প্রদান করেন যা একই সাথে অনলাইন ব্যবসা এবং ই-কমার্সকেও প্রতিনিধিত্ব করে। কোন ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠান একের অধিক আইডি দিয়ে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে পারবেন না। ওয়েবসাইটের নির্দেশনাবলী ও শর্তসমূহের এই অনুচ্ছেদের মাধ্যমে নিশ্চয়তা প্রদান করছে যে কোন ধরণের পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়া বিধিমালা ভঙ্গের অভিযোগে “ আপনাকে” এই ওয়েবসাইট থেকে অবাঞ্চিত ঘোষণা করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করা হয়েছে। 

ওয়েবসাইটের কন্টেন্ট শুধুমাত্র প্রোডাক্টের তথ্য প্রদানের উদ্দেশ্যে উপস্থাপন করা হয়েছে। কিছু কিছু ক্ষেত্রে, প্রোডাক্টের বর্ণনা, মজুদ ও  সংশ্লিষ্ট তথ্যাদি সরাসরি উৎপাদক এর বর্ণনার উপর ভিত্তি করেই উপস্থাপন করা হয়েছে এবং আমরা এর শতভাগ যথার্থতার নিশ্চয়তা প্রদান করতে অসক্ষম। যেকোন ধরণের মতামত যা এই ওয়েবসাইটে উপস্থাপিত হয়েছে তা একান্তই ঐ ব্যবহারকারির নিজস্ব মতামত তা কোনক্রমেই " আমাদের" কে প্রতিনিধিত্ব করে না।

ব্যবহারকারিকে একটি সীমিত পরিসররে ব্যক্তিগত ব্যবহারের জন্য ওয়েবসাইটে প্রবেশের অনুমতি প্রদান করা হয়েছে। এই সীমিত পরিসরের অনুমতিতে ব্যবহারকারিকে কোন কিছু ডাউনলোড করা ( পেইজের ক্যাশে ব্যতীত) বা পরিবর্তন করার অনুমতি প্রদান করা হয় নাই। এই অনুমতির যেসকল বিষয় আওতাধীন নয় তা হলো- কোন প্রোডাক্ট বিক্রয় করা বা কন্টেন্ট ট্রান্সফার করা; তৃতীয় কোন স্থানে আমাদের প্রোডাক্টের লিস্ট, বর্ণনা  ও মূল্য তালিকা ব্যবহার করা; অন্য বিক্রেতার জন্য তথ্য ডাউনলোড করা অথবা কপি করা  এবং সরবরাহ করা; যেকোন ধরণের তথ্য চুরির জন্য ডেটা মাইনিং , রোবট ও সংশ্লিষ্ট টুলস , অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করা।
এই ওয়েবসাইট পূর্ণ অথবা আংশিক (সংযুক্ত কিন্তু সীমাবদ্ধ নয় যেমন কপিরাইটের তথ্যাদি, ট্রেডমার্ক, অথবা স্বত্ত্বাধিকারির তথ্যাদি) নকল, বন্টন, বিকৃতকরণ, বিক্রয়, বিতরণ, সরবরাহ ও কোন ধরণের ব্যবসায়িক স্বার্থে  উন্মুক্তকরণ "আমাদের" লিখিত অনুমতি ব্যতিরেকে করা ওয়েবসাইটের শর্তাবলী ভঙ্গ করা হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে। 

কোন ব্যবহারকারি এই ওয়েবসাইটের কোন ফ্রেইম বা ফ্রেইমের কোন পদ্ধতি, ট্রেডমার্ক, লোগো, প্রতিষ্ঠানের নিজস্ব তথ্য যেমন ছবি, কন্টেন্ট, পেইজের যাবতীয় তথ্যাদি, যেকোন ধরণের নিবন্ধন পত্র আমাদের লিখিত অনুমতি ব্যতীত ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না। কোন ধরণের মেটা ট্যাগ বা এই সংশ্লিষ্ট তথ্য যেখানে আমাদের নাম এবং ব্র্যান্ডের নাম রয়েছে আমাদের লিখিত অনুমতি ব্যতীত ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না। এই ধরণের যেকোন পদক্ষেপে "আমরা" কোন ধরণের পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়া বিধিমালা ভঙ্গের অভিযোগে যেকোন ব্যবহারকারির ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারের অনুমতি স্থগিত অথবা ক্ষেত্রবিশেষে বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করা হয়েছে। আমাদের লিখিত অনুমতি ব্যতীত আমাদের ব্যবসায়িক নাম, ব্রাণ্ডের নাম, লোগো, স্বত্বাধিকারির পরিচয় কোন ক্রমেই ব্যবসায়িক বা তৃতীয় কোন উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার ওয়েবসাইটের বিধিমালা ভঙ্গের  আওতাধীন হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।

সম্মতি এবং আওতাধীন নীতিমালা
এই অনুচ্ছেদে ব্যবহারকারির কার্যপ্রণালি কি কি বিষয়ে সীমিত সেই তালিকা উপস্থাপন করা হয়েছে। শর্তাবলী ভঙ্গের সাথে জড়িত এই সকল কার্যাবলির পরিণতি হিসেবে তাৎক্ষণিক একাউন্ট বাতিল হওয়া সেই সাথে সংশ্লিষ্ট সকল সেবা, অর্ডার ও যেকোন ধরণের লেনদেন বাতিল হওয়া, এমনকি প্রয়োজনে আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা নেয়ার অধিকার “ মিরা” সংরক্ষণ করে। 

ওয়েবসাইটের নির্দেশনাবলী ও শর্তসমূহে অসম্মতি জানানো ওয়েবসাইটের ব্যবহারবিধিকে অসম্মতি জানানোর সমান বলে বিবেচিত হবে তার লিস্ট নিম্নরূপঃ 

•    কাউকে ব্যক্তিগতভাবে আক্রমণ করা বা তিরস্কার করা, সম্মানহানি করা, ভুল বা মিথ্যা তথ্য প্রচার করা, কোন ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠানের সাথে সং্যোগকে ভুলভাবে উপস্থাপন করা
•    অবৈধ উপায়ে এই ওয়েবসাইটে প্রবেশ ও ব্যবহার করা
•    অনুমোদিত নয় এমন উপায়ে ওয়েবসাইটে প্রবেশ করার চেষ্টা করা; এই ওয়েবসাইটে প্রবেশের জন্য কোন কম্পিউটার সিস্টেম অথবা নেটওয়ার্ক সিস্টেমকে দুর্বল ও সং্যোগ নষ্ট করা 
•    অন্য কোন ব্যবহারকারির প্রবেশাধিকার নিয়ন্ত্রণ করার চেষ্টা করা বা ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করতে বাধা দেয়া
•    বাংলাদেশে বে আইনি বলে বিবেচিত এমন কোন কন্টেন্ট প্রকাশ করা, বাণিজ্যিকিকরণ বা সরবরাহ করা। 
•    যেকোন সফটওয়ার বা এ সংশ্লিষ্ট এমন কিছু যা নিষিদ্ধ কন্টেন্ট, ভাইরাস বা কম্পিউটার, নেটওয়ার্ক অথবা সাইটের জন্য অথবা ক্ষতিকর এমন কিছু ব্যবহার, আপলোড বা ছড়িয়ে দেয়া যা অন্য কোন কম্পিউটার, নেটওয়ার্ক বা সাইটের জন্য ক্ষতিকারক।  

ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সম্বন্ধীয়
আমাদের প্রাইভেসি নীতিমালার অধীনে ব্যবহারকারির তথ্য সংরক্ষিত হবে। এক্ষেত্রে বিস্তারিত জানার জন্য আমাদের প্রাইভেসি নীতিমালা পড়ে নেয়ার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হয়েছে।

আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট / সফটওয়ার
আমাদের সফটওয়ার এবং এই সংশ্লিষ্ট যেকোন সফটওয়ার ( সফটওয়ারের যেকোন ধরণের পরিবর্তন, পরিমার্জন, উন্নীতকরণ ও সংশ্লিষ্ট তথ্য দলিলকরণ) সংশ্লিষ্ট যেকোন তথ্য আমরা আপনাকে (ব্যবহারকারিকে) ওয়েবসাইটে (সফটওয়ারে) প্রবেশের সাথে সাথে অবগত করা হবে। 
আপনি (ব্যবহারকারি) কোনক্রমেই আমাদের সফটওয়ার বার সফটওয়ারের কোন অংশ অন্য কোন সফটওয়ার, বা সংশ্লিষ্ট কোন প্রোগ্রামের সাথে যুক্ত করা, বিক্রয়, ধার, লীজ, ঋণ, পরিবেশন, সরবরাহ বা কোন ধরণের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করতে পারবেন না। অন্য কোন সেবা বা এই সংশ্লিষ্ট কাজে আমাদের সফটওয়ার ব্যবহার করা থেকে বিরত থাকার জন্য কঠোরভাবে অবগত করা হয়েছে।। কোন ধরণের বে আইনি কাজের নিমিত্তে এই সফটওয়ার ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।

বিধিমালা ভঙ্গের অভিযোগে যেকোন সময় আমাদের সফটওয়ার এবং এই সংশ্লিষ্ট সেবা প্রদান স্থগিত বা বন্ধ হতে পারে। যে কোন ধরণের পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়া বিধিমালা ভঙ্গের অভিযোগে যে কোন ব্যক্তির আমাদের সফটওয়ার ব্যবহার স্থগিত করা হতে পারে। বাংলাদেশের আইন যার মধ্যে  অধিকার স্বত্ব আইন এর মাধ্যমে এটি নিশ্চিত করা হয়েছে এই সফটওয়ারের ব্যবহার এবং সকল সেবা কার্যক্রমে আমাদের এবং আমাদের অধিভুক্তদের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করা হয়েছে।

আপনি (ব্যবহারকারি) অনেক ক্ষেত্রে তৃতীয় পক্ষের মাধ্যমে যেমন কোন ওয়ারলেস ক্যারিয়ার অথবা সহজে বহনযোগ্য এমন কোন মাধ্যম এর সহযোগিতা নিয়ে আমাদের সেবা গ্রহন করতে পারেন। সেক্ষেত্রে ঐ সকল তৃতীয় পক্ষের যাবতীয় নির্দেশনাবলী ও শর্তাবলী আমাদের সেবা গ্রহনের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য হবে।  আপনি (ব্যবহারকারি) কোন ক্রমেই এই সফটওয়ারের নকল, পরিবর্তন, আভ্যন্তরীণ পরিমার্জন, যেকোন ধরণের ক্ষতিসাধন বা এই সংশ্লিষ্ট কোন কাজে অন্য কোন ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠানকে উৎসাহ  দেয়া, সহযোগিতা বা মনোনয়ন দিতে পারবেন না। যে কোন ধরণের পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়া সফটওয়ারের প্রয়োজনে যেকোন ধরনের পরিবর্তন , পরিমার্জন ও উন্নীতকরণের অধিকার আমরা সংরক্ষণ করি।

তৃতীয় পক্ষ সংশ্লিষ্ট
কোন কোন ক্ষেত্রে কিছু কন্টেন্ট, প্রোডাক্ট অথবা সেবা আমরা তৃতীয় কোন মাধ্যমের সাহায্যে দিতে পারি যা শুধুমাত্র ভালো সার্ভিস দেয়ার উদ্দেশ্যে। কিন্তু আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে কিছু কিছু তৃতীয় পক্ষ বা মাধ্যম লিঙ্কের মাধ্যমে আপনাকে (ব্যবহারকারিকে) অন্য কোন ওয়েবসাইট বা প্ল্যাটফর্মে নিয়ে যেতে পারে যা আমাদের সাথে কোনভাবেই সংযুক্ত নয়। এক্ষেত্রে ঐ সকল ওয়েবসাইট বা প্ল্যাটফর্মে উপস্থিত কন্টেন্ট, ডেটা , সেবা বা সংশ্লিষ্ট অন্য কোন কিছুর জন্য আমরা দায়ি নই বা আমরা কোনভাবেই তাদের কোন সেবা বা প্রোডাক্টের স্বচ্ছতা ও গুণাগণের জন্য দায়বদ্ধ নই। তৃতীয় পক্ষের ওয়েবসাইট বা প্ল্যাটফর্মে উপস্থিত কন্টেন্ট, ডেটা, সেবা, আর্থিক লেনেদেন বা এ সংশ্লিষ্ট যেকোন কারণে যদি আপনার (ব্যবহারকারির) কোন ধরণের ক্ষতিসাধন হয়ে থাকে তবে আমরা এর জন্য কোনক্রমেই দায়ি নই। তৃতীয় পক্ষের ওয়েবসাইট বা প্ল্যাটফর্মে  যেকোন ধরণে কেনাকাটা, সেবা, আর্থিক লেনদেনের পূর্বে অবশ্যই তাদের নির্দেশনাবলী ও শর্তাবলী পড়ে নেয়া উচিত এবং যেকোন ধরণের লেনদেনে কোন ধরণের অসঙ্গতিতে অবশ্যই সেইসব (তৃতীয় পক্ষের ওয়েবসাইট বা প্ল্যাটফর্ম) যোগাযোগ করে সমাধান করা উচিত। এক্ষেত্রে আমাদের কোন এখতিয়ার নেই।

ত্রুটি-বিচ্যুতি বিষয়ক
যেসকল প্রোডাক্ট ও সেবা আমরা ওয়েবসাইটে পাবলিশ করেছি সেখানে প্রোডাক্টের বর্ননা, মূল্য নির্ধারণ, স্টক নির্ধারণে, পরিমাপ ও পরিমাণে, যেকোন ধরণের অফার, প্রণোদনা, প্রচারমূলক অভিযানে বিভিন্ন ধরণের টাইপ জনিত ভুল বা ত্রুটি থাকতে পারে। কোন ধরণের পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়া  আমরা এসব ত্রুটি বিচ্যুতি সমাধানের এবং তথ্য উন্নিতকরণের ক্ষমতা সংরক্ষণ করি ( ক্রেতা তাদের অর্ডার দেয়ার পরও বিষয়টি অন্তর্ভুক্ত)। তবে মূল্য নির্ধারণ, ওয়েবসাইট ও এ সংশ্লিষ্ট অন্য সকল সাইটের সকল গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য এ ধারার আওতামুক্ত। ওয়েবসাইটের তথ্য পরিমার্জন ও তথ্য উন্নীতকরণের জন্য কোন ধরণের তারিখ নির্ধারণ এই ওয়েবসাইটের জন্য প্রযোজ্য নয় ।  

অর্ডার বাতিলের ক্ষেত্রে
মিরা তার গ্রাহক ও ক্রেতাকে অবশ্যই কোয়ালিটি প্রোডাক্ট সরবরাহ করার ব্যাপারে শতভাগ প্রতিজ্ঞাবদ্ধ। আমাদের প্রতিটি প্রোডাক্ট কোয়ালিটি চেক এর অনুমোদন প্রাপ্ত হয়ে বিক্রির জন্য প্রস্তুত হয়। যদি কোন প্রোডাক্ট কোয়ালিটি চেকের অনুমোদন প্রাপ্ত না হয়, মিরা সেখানে অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। মিরা অনলাইন প্লাটফর্মে সর্বোচ্চ কোয়ালিটি সম্পন্ন প্রোডাক্ট দেয়ার নিশ্চয়তা প্রদান করে। কোন প্রোডাক্ট স্টকে না থাকা, উৎপাদকের অপ্রতুলতা, ম্যানেজমেন্ট সংশ্লিষ্ট জটিলতা, ওয়েবসাইটে কারিগরি জটিলতা ও যেকোন ধরণের অনাকাঙ্খিত জটিলতার কারণে “মিরা” যেকোন অর্ডার বাতিল করার ক্ষমতা সংরক্ষণ করে। 

নিষিদ্ধ ব্যবহারনীতি
ওয়েবসাইটের নির্দেশনাবলী ও শর্তাবলী'র পাশাপাশি অন্যান্য যেসব কারণে বিধিমালা ভঙ্গ হতে তা হলো-
১) বে আইনি উদ্দেশ্যে ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করা
২)  অন্য কোন ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠানকে বে আইনি উদ্দেশ্যে ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারে উদ্বুদ্ধ করা
৩) যেকোন ধরণের স্থানীয়, আন্তর্জাতিক, প্রাদেশিক আইন ও অধ্যাদেশকে অসম্মান করা ও ভঙ্গ করা
৪) কারো বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সম্পত্তি চুরি করা ও ক্ষতিসাধন করা
৫) বর্ণ, বয়স, জাতি, গোষ্ঠী, ধর্ম, লিঙ্গ, প্রতিবন্ধী ভেদে কাউকে কটাক্ষ করে কোন ধরণের ঘৃণা ও অসম্মানজনক আচরণ ও কাজ করা
৬) ভুল ও ত্রুটিযুক্ত তথ্য শেয়ার করা
৭) কোন ধরণের ভাইরাস, কোড অথবা ক্ষতিসাধন করতে পারে এমন কোন কম্পিউটার জনিত ত্রুটি যা কম্পিউটার, নেটওয়ার্ক ও ওয়েবসাইটের জন্য ক্ষতিকর- এরকম কিছু ছড়িয়ে দেয়া
৮) কারো ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য ট্র্যাক করা
৯) স্প্যামিং ও ফিশিং এর মাধ্যমে তথ্য চুরি ও বিকৃত করা
১০) কোন ধরনের কালা যাদু ও অশরিরি উদ্দেশ্যে এটি ব্যবহার করা
১১) ওয়েবসাইটের সুরক্ষা অংশে আঘাত করা ও ভেঙে ফেলার চেষ্টা করা
উপের উল্লিখিত বিষয়গুলোর জন্য কোন ধরণের পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়া যেকোন গ্রাহক ও ক্রেতাকে ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করা থেকে অবাঞ্চিত ঘোষণা করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করা হয়েছে। 

সাশ্রয়ী মূল্য নির্ধারণ ও অর্ডার বিষয়ক
এই ওয়েবসাইটে সকল মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায় নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে, ট্যাক্স এবং ভ্যাটসহ। প্রোডাক্টের সাম্প্রতিক মূল্য বিশদ বিবরণসহ ওয়েবসাইটের সংশ্লিষ্ট পেইজে দেয়া আছে এবং একই সময়ে তা শপিং কার্টেও দেখাবে। তবে আপনাদের সতর্কতার জন্য জানানো যাচ্ছে যে শপিং কার্টে থাকা সত্ত্বেও প্রোডাক্টের প্রথম যে মূল্য প্রদর্শিত হয়েছিল, পরবর্তীতে তা পরিবর্তন হতে পারে। শপিং কার্টে কেবল প্রোডাক্ট রিজার্ভ হয় কিন্তু প্রোডাক্টের মূল্য নয়। উল্লেখ্য যে, শপিং কার্টে প্রোডাক্ট রিজার্ভ করা এবং পরবর্তীতে অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পরেও প্রোডাক্টের মূল্য কমে যাওয়ার সম্ভাবনা রয়েছে। 

যদিও আমরা সব সময়ই আপ্রাণ চেষ্টা করি কোন প্রোডাক্টের সর্বশেষ মূল্য সঠিকভাবে উপস্থাপন করার জন্য, তা সত্ত্বেও ভুল হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা অস্বীকার করার কোন উপায় নেই। যেসকল কারণে প্রোডাক্টেরমূল্য উপস্থাপনে ভুল হতে পারে তার মধ্যে অন্যতম হলো- মূল্য উপস্থাপনের সময় ভুল নম্বরটি টাইপ করা। সেক্ষেত্রে আমরা যেকোন অর্ডার স্থগিত বা বাতিলের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি। যদি কোন প্রোডাক্ট ভুল ক্রমে উপস্থাপন করা হয় সেক্ষেত্রে আমরা সরাসরি আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করে আপনার সাথে বিষয়টি নিয়ে আলোচনা করা হবে অথবা অর্ডারটি বাতিল করে দিয়ে আপনাকে অবগত করা হবে। এক্ষেত্রে অর্ডার কনফার্ম অথবা অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট করা হলেও আমরা যেকোন সময় যেকোন অর্ডার স্থগিত বা বাতিল করার অধিকার “মিরা” সংরক্ষণ করে। অগ্রিম পেমেন্টের পর প্রোডাক্ট বাতিলের ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের রিটার্ন পলিসি কার্যকর হবে।  

স্টকে কোন প্রোডাক্ট- কি পরিমাণ আছে সেই তথ্যসহ, যেকোন প্রোডাক্টের তথ্যাদি ঐ সংশ্লিষ্ট আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটের পেইজে বিশদভাবে বর্ণনা করা হয়েছে। এই স্টকের বিষয়টি এর চেয়ে বিশদভাবে বর্ণনা করা সম্ভব নয়। যেকোন অর্ডার চলে গেলে সেখানে শুধু সম্ভাব্য সময়টা বলা হয়ে থাকে। এই সময়ের মধ্যেই প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি হবে সে নিশচয়তা আমরা দিতে পারি না। কোন অর্ডার প্রসেস করার সময় যদি তা স্টক আউট হয়ে যায় সেক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে ইমেইল অথবা মেসেজের মাধ্যমে জানানো হবে।

অনুগ্রহপূর্বক সতর্ক থাকবেন যে, যেকোন অর্ডার বিভিন্ন কারণে প্রসেস নাও হতে পারে। এক বা একাধিক কারণে যেকোন অর্ডার যেকোন সময় বাতিল হতে পারে ।  অর্ডার কনফার্মেশনের ক্ষেত্রে যেকোন সময় ক্রেতাকে ভেরিফেকিশন করা হতে পারে , সেটা ফোন নম্বর বা ইমেইল হতে পারে বা সংশ্লিষ্ট অন্যান্য কোন বিষয়ে। ক্রেডিট ও ডেভিট কার্ড সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রতারণা এড়াতে আমরা আপনার আর্থিক লেনদেনের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য যাচাই করে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি। এই ধরণের যাচাইয়ের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য যাচাই, আপনার পুরো ঠিকানা, ব্যাংকের তথ্য যাচাই হতে পারে। এই ধরণের তথ্য যাচাইয়ের ক্ষেত্রে কোন ধরণের তথ্যের অসঙ্গতি, অনুপস্থিতি বা মিথ্যা তথ্য পাওয়া গেলে আমরা একটি নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের অর্ডার বাতিলের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে থাকি। প্রতারণার আশঙ্কা রয়েছে এমন অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে আমরা কোন ধরণের পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়া যেকোন অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে থাকি।

প্রতারণা এবং নিরাপত্তা সংশ্লিষ্ট
মিরা ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে একজন ব্যবহারকারি এই মর্মে নিশ্চয়তা প্রদান করছেন যে তিনি এই ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারের জন্য একজন উপযুক্ত ইউজার এবং কুপন ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে তিনি সজ্ঞানে রয়েছেন। ডিসকাউণ্টের জন্য অফারকৃত কোন ধরণের ভাউচার বা কুপন এর কোন ধরণের অপব্যবহার বা কাউকে অপব্যবহারে উৎসাহিত করা এই ওয়েবসাইটের শর্তাবলী ও নির্দেশনাবলী ভঙ্গের অনুরূপ হিসেবে বিবেচ্চিত হবে।

মিরা ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে একজন ব্যবহারকারি এই মর্মে সম্মতি প্রদান করেছেন যে আমরা “বে আইনিভাবে ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে অথবা আমাদের নির্দেশনাবলি ও শর্তাবলি ভঙ্গ করা হয়েছে- এই কারণে কোন ভাউচার বা কুপন ব্যবহার বাতিল করার ক্ষমতা সংরক্ষণ করি।    আমরা যেকোন সময় যেকোন ভাইউচার ও কুপন ব্যবহার স্থগিত অথবা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করা হয়েছে। সেই সাথে এ ধরণের প্রতারণায় যেকোন ধরণের আইনি পদক্ষেপ নেয়ার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করা হয়েছে।

সীমাবদ্ধতা, ওয়ারেন্টি সংক্রান্ত সংবিধিবদ্ধ সতর্কীকরণ
আমরা এই নিশ্চয়তা প্রদান করতে পারি না যে মিরা ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারকারি কোন ধরণের ঝামেলা ছাড়া, নিরাপদে সবসময় এটি ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন এবং এই ওয়েবসাইটে কোন ভুল ভ্রান্তিহীন সকল তথ্য ব্যবহারকারিকে প্রদান করবে। মিরা ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারকারিদের এই মর্মে সতর্কতা প্রদান করা হয়েছে যে কোন ধরণের পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়া যেকোন সময় যেকোন পরিস্থিতিতে ওয়েবসাইটটি সাময়িকভাবে সার্ভিস দেয়া বন্ধ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করা হয়েছে।  মিরা ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারকারি এই মর্মে সম্মতি প্রদান করেছেন যে “আপনি” “আপনার” নিজস্ব ঝুঁকিতে এই ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করছেন। শুধুমাত্র যেখানে "আমরা" মানে মিরা কে রিপ্রেজেন্ট করা হচ্ছে এরকম সার্ভিস , প্রোডাক্ট  অথবা যেখানে স্পষ্ট করা হয়েছে " যেভাবে আছে" অথবা "প্রাপ্যতা বা সহজলভ্যতা"  যা আপনার ব্যবহারের জন্য, যা কোন ধরণের ওয়ারেন্টি বা শর্তের আওতাভুক্ত নয়, যা ব্যবসায়িক, ব্যবহায়ের কোয়ালিটি , ফিটনেস, লক্ষ্য, ব্যবহায়ের টাইটেল সম্বন্ধীয় বা সংশ্লিষ্ট।

মিরা, তার পরিচালকমন্ডলী, নির্বাহী সদস্য, কর্মকর্তা, কর্মচারী, শুভানুধ্যায়ী, পরিবেশক ও সরবরাহকারী, খন্ডকালীন ও পূর্ণাঙ্গ বেতনকাঠামোর অন্তর্গত কর্মচারি, উপকারভোগি, সংশ্লিষ্ট লাইসেন্স প্রদানকারি যেকোন ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠান কোন ক্রমেই কোন ধরণের আঘাত, লোকসান, বা কোন ধরণের প্রত্যক্ষ ও পরোক্ষ, স্বেচ্ছা বা অনিচ্ছায় হওয়া আর্থিক ক্ষতি- আর্থিকভাবে লাভবান না হওয়া, মূলধনের হারানো, শেয়ারে ক্ষতি, সঞ্চয়ে লোকসান, তথ্য চুরি হওয়া, ভুল হওয়া, বা যেকোন ধরণের ত্রুটি বা বিচ্যুতি  যা ব্যবহারকারির এই ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করার জন্য হয়েছে যা পূর্ব থেকেই সতর্ক করা হয়েছে- সংশ্লিষ্ট এ ধরণের সকল ক্ষেত্রে আমরা কোন ক্রমেই দায়ি নই। এছাড়া এই ওয়েবসাইট থেকে অর্ডার করার পর প্রাপ্ত কোন প্রোডাক্ট থেকে প্রত্যক্ষ  বা পরোক্ষভাবে প্রাপ্ত কোন ধরণের আঘাত, হারানো, ক্ষয়ক্ষতি কোন ভাবেই আমাদের ওয়ারেন্টি দ্বারা প্রতিস্থাপিত হবে না।  

ক্ষয়ক্ষতি
মিরা ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারকারিরা এই মর্মে অঙ্গীকার করেন যে, ব্যবহারকারির যেকোন পদক্ষেপে মিরা ওয়াবসাইট, পরিচালকবৃন্দ, ওয়েবসাইট সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্মকর্তা, কর্মচারি, সহযোগি ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠান, শুভানুধ্যায়ি, পরিবেশক ও সরবরাহকারি ও অন্যান্য সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠানের কোন ধরণের ক্ষতি , নিরাপত্তাহীনতা যা ওয়েবসাইটের নির্দেশনাবলী ও শর্তাবলির ভঙ্গের সমতুল্য এ সংশ্লিষ্ট যেকোন তৎপরতার ক্ষেত্রে ক্ষতিপূরণ (আইনি ভাতাসহ) যা আমাদের শর্তাবলীর আওতাভুক্ত তা দিতে বাধ্য থাকবেন।

বিচ্ছেদ ধারা
আমাদের শর্তাবলী ও নির্দেশনাবলির যেকোন ধারা বা ধারার কোন একটা অংশ যদি কোন কারণে অপ্রয়োগযোগ্য বলে বিবেচিত হতে পারে কিন্তু তা সত্ত্বেও নির্দেশনাবলী ও শর্তাবলীর অন্যান্য ধারা একই সাথে অখন্ডনীয় এবং অকাট্য বলে বিবেচিত হবে। যদি কোন কারণে কোন ধারা বা তার অংশ বিশেষ আইনসিদ্ধ নয় বলে বিবেচিত হয় তা কোনভাবেই আমাদের পূর্ণাঙ্গ শর্তাবলী ও নির্দেশনাবলিকে বৈধতাকে চ্যালেঞ্জ করতে সম্মত নয়।

পরিসমাপ্তিকরণ ধারা
পরিসমাপ্তিকরণ ধারা অনুযায়ি যেকোন ধরণের বাধ্যতামূলক ও দায়বদ্ধমূলক ধারা সংশ্লিষ্ট সকল কিছু এই ধারাকে সচল না করতে ভূমিকা পালন করবে। যেকোন পক্ষ হয় ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারকারি অথবা আমরা যদি পরিসমাপ্তিকরণ ধারাকে সচল না করে থাকি তাহলে সকল অবস্থায় নির্দেশনাবলি ও শর্তাবলী স্বীয় ক্ষমতাবলে বলবত থাকবে। শুধুমাত্র এই ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার বন্ধ করে দেয়া বা আমাদের জানানোর মাধ্যমে যে ব্যবহারকারি আর এই ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করবেন না- এই মর্মে ব্যবহারকারির উপর ওয়েবসাইটের নির্দেশনাবলি ও শর্তাবলীর পরিসমাপ্তি ঘটবে। 

কোন ধরণের পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়া যেকোন সময় আমরা যেকোন চুক্তি বাতিল করে দেয়ার ক্ষমতা সংরক্ষণ করে থাকি এবং তা সত্ত্বেও ব্যবহারকারির সাথে সকল ধরণের আর্থিক লেনদেনের বিষয়টি বলবত থাকবে, পরিসমাপ্তিকরণ ধারা সচল হওয়ার সময়সীমা পর্যন্ত। এছাড়া আমরা আমাদের স্বীয় ক্ষমতা বলে ব্যবহারকারির ওয়েবসাইটে প্রবেশাধিকার অনুমোদন নাকচ করে দিতে পারি যদি ওয়েবসাইটের নির্দেশনাবলি ও শর্তাবলি ভঙ্গের ( সংশ্লিষ্ট যা শর্তাবলি ভঙ্গের অনুরূপ বলে বিবেচিত) কোন আলামত পাওয়া যায়।

সরকারি আইন
ওয়েবসাইটের নির্দেশনাবলি ও শর্তাবলি এবং এর বাইরে যেকোন ধরণের চুক্তিনামা যা আমরা সরবরাহ করেছি তা বাংলাদেশের অনুমোদিত ই-কমার্স আইন, জাতীয় ভোক্তা অধিকার আইন এবং বাণিজ্য মন্ত্রণালয় গাইডলাইন দ্বারা অনুপ্রাণিত এবং আমরা যে সকল সার্ভিস প্রদান করে থাকি সেখানে উপযুক্ত হিসেবে বিবেচিত। জাতীয় আইন বিভাগ প্রয়োজনে যেকোন ধরণের আইনি ব্যবস্থা ও সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করতে পারে যা এই ওয়েবসাইটের জন্য প্রযোজ্য বলে বিবেচিত হবে।
